Normal Visa Approval letter to get the Visa stamped at Vietnam Embassy in your country:
Please send us your passport details (Full name, Sex, Nationality, passport number, Date of birth, Place of birth, Date of Issue, Expiry date). We will proceed to get the Visa Approval letter within 7 working days.

As soon as we get the Approval, we will send you a copy of this letter via fax or email while another copy will be faxed by the Immigration Control Office directly to our Embassy in your country.

You have to bring the copy, your passport and 2 passport photos to our Embassy to get the Visa stamped in your passport. The Visa stamping fee has to be paid directly to the Embassy of Vietnam in your country. Please note that the passport has to be still valid at least 45 days before the arrival date in Vietnam.

We are charging the visa approval letter processing at: $US 5 per person.

Visa stamped on arrival at Noi Bai (Hanoi) international airport with our assistance:
The similar procedure as per above-mentioned but when receiving the copy of the Approval letter, please show this copy and 2 passports photos at the check in counter before boarding for your fly to Vietnam. The original copy of the letter will be shown to the Immigration Counter and the stamping fee will be paid in advance by our assistant. As soon as arrived at the international airport in Vietnam, proceed to the Immigration Counter and your Visa will be stamped after showing the copy to the immigration Officer.
