From Noi Bai International Airport to City center
It takes about 40 to 60 minutes to get to city center. A taxi from the airport to the city costs 150,000 VND or less. For an airport minibus into the city, wait outside the terminal building; it costs 22,000 VND per person. Minibuses leave for the airport from the Vietnam Airlines Office at 1 Quang Trung Str. Service is at regular intervals from 4.15 am, but you can check departure times at the Vietnam Airlines Office. An air- conditioned city bus (N 07) leaves from outside the Noi Bai terminal every 15 or 20 minutes between 5 am and 9 pm daily and costs 5,000 VND.
By Taxi
The most convenient and safest way to get around Hanoi is by Taxi. They are plentiful and not very expensive depending on the taxi company. Just ask the hotel reception to dial you a cab and they will turn up in about 3 minutes. And get the reception to tell the driver where exactly you want to go .

By Bus
The bus system runs almost everywhere within the country, with stations built around the country dividing the territory into regions. Buses tend to be slow and unreliable due to traffic jam.
