Name Badge
Name badges are required at all times for identification purposes and admission to the various scientific sessions, social events and trade exhibition.
Certificate of Attendance
Certificate of Attendance will be issued to all delegates.
Live Surgery Session
Live Surgery session will be held on Saturday, 29th September at Ballroom II & III, level 1 from 0830hrs to 1230hrs.

Shuttle buses will depart from Melia Hanoi Hotel at 1830hrs. Limited to first 550 registered delegates on a first-come-first-served basis. Please obtain tickets from the Registration Counter/Secretariat during congress days

Tea Breaks will be held at the Ballroom and Exhibition Foyer.
Lunch
All the industry-sponsored Lunch Symposia will include lunch as part of their programme. Lunch capacity is limited to first 550 delegates on a first-come-first-served basis.
Mobile Phones
All electronic devices are to be switched off or switched to silent mode during all sessions
Internet Kiosk
Internet access is provided free of charge to all registered delegates on a first-come-first-served basis. Each usage is limited to 10 minutes. Delegates are advised to adhere to this time limit as a consideration to other delegates.
Liability
The Organising Committee and its Congress Secretariat will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage of private properties of the registered participants during the congress.
